In addition to the Public Works Act 1981, our staff are also versed in the Local Government Act 1974 & 2002, the Reserves Act 1977, and the Resource Management Act 1991.
We have significant experience in managing road stopping and road corridor leasing & licensing processes.
Investigations can include current and historical land status reporting, road legality advice, and review of gazette notices and other statutory actions.
Landspace has the added capability to spatially view survey and land information, including boundaries, marks, and observations.

With a background in infrastructure and development, Aaron has created Landspace to continue to provide a high level of service to clients in these industries.
While this foundation allows Aaron to lead and oversee projects with confidence, it is his proven ability as a problem solver that clients continue to return to. It is often the unexpected matters that occur outside of typical processes that require creative solutions – this is where Aaron is pleased to be able to provide an additional service.
Murray has joined Landspace following roles in Central and Local Government, where his skills in land information and infrastructure law were highly regarded.
With extensive experience in Public Works, Cadastral Survey, and Technical Property Processes, Murray has been involved in many infrastructure and housing projects, with stakeholders including Kāinga Ora, Land Information New Zealand, Auckland Transport, Auckland Council, and Panuku.
Megan has enjoyed roles in both the public and private sector and looks after the Landspace office with a warm and friendly approach to all matters.
By tailoring our services, we are able to meet the individual needs of a varied client base. Since our launch in early 2020, we have found several opportunities for further business development.
