Landspace is an exciting new property consultancy. We pride ourselves on forming constructive working relationships, based on mutual trust and a demonstrable quality of service.
We often find our services being recommended, reiterating the importance we place on both our technical abilities, and the way in which we conduct ourselves.
Our flexibility and ability to adapt to change further strengthens our service offering.
From major infrastructure projects to single site development, there are often mutually beneficial arrangements that can be reached between neighbours, developers and utility providers.
With significant experience in land and contract negotiation, Landspace is uniquely positioned to appreciate all interests in facilitating those sought after win-win outcomes. This can include lease negotiations, through to wider development, settlement or infrastructure agreements.
When considering a sites viability, Landspace can coordinate due diligence investigations across a range of disciplines to ensure a thorough understanding of constraints and opportunities.
In the case of housing providers, we are also experienced in obtaining feedback from internal stakeholders and preparing reporting for delegated approvals.
An early foundation in Public Works has allowed Landspace to grow its services in the wider property sector. Property negotiation for the acquisition and disposal of land related to Three Waters, Roading, Parks and other utilities is a core operation of the Landspace team.
With a reputation for developing positive relationships with parties on both sides of the table, we are keen to provide our expertise to assist with such projects.
Our team has previous experience working within the public sector and has carried this knowledge through to our current service offering. Beyond the Public Works Act 1981, our staff are also versed in the Local Government Act 2002, the Reserves Act 1977, and the Resource Management Act 1991.
A strong understanding of road stopping and road corridor leasing procedures also provides peace of mind when navigating the sometimes technical nature of these matters.
Projects can have many, sometimes competing, requirements. Long term successes across stakeholder groups are the key driver for engagement reporting.
The team maintains an open mind and focuses on clear communication, prior to recommending constructive and collaborative outcomes.
Landspace has a successful history of in-house collaboration with established teams. We have found this to be one of our more rewarding experiences and enjoy the opportunity to meet new colleagues and develop lasting relationships.
With a background in public works, commercial negotiation and development strategy, Aaron has created Landspace to continue to provide a high level of service to clients in these industries.
While this foundation allows Aaron to lead and oversee projects with confidence, it is his proven ability as a problem solver that clients continue to return to. It is often the unexpected matters that occur outside of typical processes that require creative solutions – this is where Aaron is pleased to be able to provide an additional service.
Aaron communicates clearly with a keen understanding of the varying requirements of clients and stakeholders.
